An Evening with Sisters Ardeth Platte and Carol Gilbert

This event is free and open to the general public.
Sisters Platte and Gilbert will talk about their work as anti-nuclear activists with the Ploughshares organization, about the time they served in prison for acting on their belief that nuclear weapons should be abolished, and the their take on the promise of the Nuclear Weapons Ban.
Light refreshments, request to park across Arapaho in the library parking lot, if possible. The Community Room is at the far end of the Alfalfa’s building. You don’t access it from the grocery area; it has its own entrance door.
